Founder and Partner
Kelly Fanning is a seasoned healthcare administrator with more than 20 years of experience spanning both the insurance and clinical side of the industry.
As a Partner at Saltwater Consulting Group, Kelly works with academic medical centers, health systems, community hospitals, and other key stakeholders to design strategy, advance operations, and recruit and build teams. This work includes health system integration, case and utilization management, executive recruitment, ambulatory template optimization, clinic workflow, and eMRs.
Kathryn Britton

Dr. Kathryn Britton is a practicing cardiologist at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston and the founder of KB Health Strategies, a healthcare management consulting firm specializing in guiding complex academic medical centers and health systems toward achieving their strategic goals.
Kathryn launched KB Health Strategies in 2021, inspired by a new challenge after multiple years in clinical administrative leadership at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) culminating in the leadership challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. With over two decades of executive healthcare management experience, she brings a wealth of expertise to her consulting practice.

Clark has more than 20 years of experience in management consulting and analytics across multiple industries. He has led engagements for a diverse range of companies, ranging from Fortune 500 to start-ups. Clark’s is a leading expert in tradeoff and scenario analysis – using analytics and developing tools to understand and evaluate different strategic options. Clark also has expertise in turning qualitative data into quantitative insights and in helping executives without expertise in analytics gain valuable insights without overwhelming complexity.
